You may view the status of your order by logging into your Nine Crimes account and clicking on “My Orders”. If you checked out as a guest, you can click on “Track My Order” at the footer of the page.

Make sure to have your order number and email address available.
The order confirmation is sent via email within 30 minutes when.

  • Your order has been received.
  • Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  • If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
  • Select 9crimesclothing.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
  • To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to “My Account” to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  • Please allow 48 to 72 hours for your order status to change.

Unfortunately, we currently don’t have a store.
However, we do have a showroom you can visit by taking an appointment.
Kindly go send us a fitting request on “Contact Us”, noting that our showroom operates Sundays to Thursdays from 11 A.M. to 5 P.M.

If you have a promocode, please follow the steps below:

  • Enter the promo code before checkout
  • Make sure the promocode is not expired
  • You can only use one per order – this includes our free delivery codes.
